File Security
All the data is stored on the EMC NAS system, configured on a RAID system (superfluous network of independent discs). These NAS systems are managed and supervised 24/7 by Oodrive and by EMC, thus guaranteeing the availability of data.

To optimize protection of the data, these are also duplicated in a second storage centre on the EMC Clarion systems with SATA discs thus allowing a quick recovery of service in case of disaster. 

Physical Security
Our production facilities are established in two Colt Telecom centers (in Paris and a Paris suburb) which ensures physical security 24 out of 24 hours each day.

The hosting centers have the best security available on the market:

• Physical Security: 24/7 surveillance of the centers, access by magnetic card, fire-resistant doors.

• Electrical Security: 2 distinct EDF feeds, 3 power generating units, 6 UPS (3 in services, 3 in backup).

• Detection and extinction of fires with regulations meeting the R13 standards of the APSAD.

• Storage Bays: Personalized code, individual alarm, double power supply.
