IC&M Product Analysts will carefully learn from you how a given type of Product / Service is designed and manufactured within your relevant industry. We will think about how to differentiate its features from others by providing a fresh and independent valuation/analysis.

IC&M Product Analysts will work closely with your staff to understand variables such as the spirit behind your products, the price breakdown and the associated Cost Of Goods, the Research & Development and industrial constraints, etc... and will report suggestions for changes and improvements both in the product and the design and manufacturing processes.

IC&M Product Analysts will help you to:

• Examine in depth how well a given product performs its job,
• Benchmark your product performance vs. a similar competitive product,
• Develop ideas/suggestions for a reengineering in design or function of the product to better use your resources and generate production savings,
• Suggest evolutions of your product to better meet customers expectation and keep the leadership on your market,
