The IC&M / Oodrive iExtranet solution provides all the operations you will need to share files and collaborate with external third parties:

Manage Users
Create users, manage allocation of space, access to address book, create passwords, …

Management of users’ rights
Specific rights (upload – download - modification) are assigned to each user.

Management of Passwords (optional)
Personalization of rules for passwords (type of encryption, number of characters, number of possible failures allowed…)

Traceability
All actions performed (connection, downloading, uploading of files) are tracked and archived and are accessible by the administrator. Therefore it is possible to know at any time the actions performed by a specific contact (name of files which he has accessed, on what date, to whom he has transmitted them, etc…). In the same manner, it is also possible to track the transfer of a particular file (who has uploaded it, who has accessed it, etc…).

Optimization of downloading times
In order to reduce transfer times, the files are automatically compressed.

Management of downloading

• Time limits on access to the files.
• A limit on the number of downloads.

Finally you maintain the monitoring of each attachment and can suspend its access at any time, even if the email has already been sent.

Automatic Alert System
The administrator can be automatically alerted by email when a user uploads or downloads any files.

Memo System
A user can draft a memo and associate it with a file. Thus all users who have the right to access this file can read the memo and respond.

Version Management System
The administrator can determine himself how many versions will be archived when a file is modified. Each version will be archived with an index number. The users can recover older versions of the modified files at any time.

Search Engine
A new search engine allows for indexing of the contents of stored files integrated into the iExtranet system. Therefore a user can perform a search on the contents of the files.

Multilingual Features (optional)
A user can choose between several languages upon his access to the iExtranet platform (optional).

Streaming Audio and Video
Audio and video files can be read directly from the iExtranet platform, without the user needing to download them.

Supervision Console (optional)
The iExtranet solution offers a supervision console.  This tool is intended for data managers who wish to supervise the use being made of iExtranet.  It also allows them to set the security rules.

Filtering of IP Addresses
Ability to reinforce security by setting up filters for IP addresses.

Filtering the Files
Ability to filter files in relation to their extension.

Encryption of files
The supervisor can choose the algorithm to be used for the encryption of stored files.
